No Refunds After Payment. Period.

Rusticgram operates on a freemium-to-premium model. You place an order for free. You experience the service for free. You can preview five scanned photos for free.

When you choose to pay—whether it’s for lifetime access, a subscription, or a one-time data deletion fee—you’ve already seen what we do. That payment is final.

No refunds. No exceptions. No prorated credits. Paid is paid.

This includes:

  • Lifetime access purchases
  • Monthly or yearly subscriptions
  • Data deletion charges

You’re not buying blind. You’re converting with full visibility and context.

Chargeback Policy

We work hard to resolve issues directly with our users. If a chargeback is filed without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

  • Permanently suspend the user’s Rusticgram account
  • Deny all future service
  • Retain the scanned data until the issue is resolved
