Rusticgram is a service-based platform that offers pickup and return of physical photo albums for the purpose of digitization. While we don’t ship products, we coordinate the safe logistics of your memories.

PICKUP POLICY

• Pickup is 100% Free for all customers across supported service areas.
• You can schedule a pickup via the Rusticgram app or website.
• Pickup timing will be confirmed based on availability in your city.
• A Rusticgram agent or verified logistics partner will handle the pickup.
• You’ll receive a confirmation once the pickup is scheduled and again once it’s complete.

HANDLING AND CARE

• We treat all photo albums and prints as fragile and priceless.
• Each pickup includes tracking and handling protocols to minimize risk.
• While we take every precaution, Rusticgram is not liable for loss or damage due to incorrect packaging provided by the customer. Proper packaging instructions are available during the order process.

RETURN AND DELIVERY POLICY

• All physical originals will be returned to the same address from which they were picked up.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on city, volume of orders, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, lockdowns).
• You will receive a notification once your original prints are scanned and ready for return.

SERVICEABLE AREAS

• We currently live in select cities, starting with Chennai and expanding to Bangalore and beyond. India First.
• If your PIN code is not currently serviceable, you may request priority access via the contact form.

FAILED PICKUP OR DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

• If a pickup fails due to unavailability or an incorrect address, we will attempt to reschedule at no cost.
• If a return attempt fails, the package will be held securely for 7 days. Redelivery will be charged.
